Bryan Partee is a seasoned nonprofit leader with 20 years of experience, transforming rural Boys & Girls Clubs. As CEO, he led significant growth, including a 605% increase in budget and a 1,572% rise in enrollment. Partee became an expert in grant writing and board development, securing over $15 million in grants and raising $5 million more through campaigns. He also became a BGCA Specialist and served on national committees.
After two decades, Partee founded The Nonprofit Marketplace to help nonprofits avoid common pitfalls. He holds a Psychology degree from UC San Diego and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard. Partee prioritizes family time and has been married for 26 years.
Dr. Ashley Stephens is a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor, licensed in eight states, and provides supervision to provisionally licensed social workers across five of them. She holds a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, combining her expertise to enhance mental health professionals' well-being alongside the psychology of work. Dr. Stephens earned her Master’s in Social Work from East Tennessee State University and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
With extensive experience as a therapist, Dr. Stephens has worked with individuals dealing with severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, trauma, and homelessness, and has received training in various therapeutic methods. Much of her background comes from her work with Veterans Affairs, specifically with combat veterans.
As a consultant and trainer, Dr. Stephens has led courses on clinical supervision, cultural awareness and competency, mindfulness, brain injury, and leadership development. Lasheena Williams, MNM, CNP, is the Chief Enthusiast Officer at Nonprofit Enthusiast, a consulting firm equipping nonprofit leaders with tools, resources, and strategies for success. Ms. McDuffie continued her education by obtaining an MBA and Master’s in Accounting & Finance as well.
Ms. McDuffie manages a successful CPA firm, McDuffie & Associates CPA, which she started over eleven years ago. Her professional passion is to assist in getting nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses, get financially fit through the areas of accounting, taxes, advisory services and board training. We love helping nonprofit organizations grow and sustain themselves so that they have the ability and resources needed to make a greater impact on the communities that they serve. April Thorndyke, LCSW, is the founder of Empower Counseling, PLLC, specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health. With a Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work from Boise State University, she is licensed in Idaho and Georgia.
Her expertise includes Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has worked extensively with veterans at the VA, provided trauma-informed care, and served as Boise State University's first Suicide Prevention Coordinator.
April has also been a Gestational Carrier four times, giving her unique insight into infertility and women's health. She collaborates with reproductive clinics and adoption agencies, offering clinical evaluations. She operates multiple counseling offices in Idaho and Georgia, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges.
Beyond her practice, April advocates for women's health and mental wellness, engages in professional development, and speaks at universities and events.
Born and raised in Mobile, AL, India Hartman is a dedicated wife, mother, and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering others. As the Co-Owner of Hartman Consulting, she specializes in structuring and forming LLCs and nonprofits while providing training and education in the field.
India is also the founder of three impactful nonprofit organizations focused on youth development, women’s empowerment, and support for those experiencing child loss and infertility.
